When lives are shattered by serious and life-changing injury Day One Trauma Support is there to help piece them back together. We don't receive any NHS or government funding and are the only national charity to provide personalised care to anyone affected by a serious injury of any kind, their loved ones and their families – for as long it takes.

We can help with:

Emergency funding, so money is one less thing to worry about. Our grants cover costs like accommodation, travel, clothes or equipment.

Peer support from someone who has been through a similar experience. Talking can help you feel less anxious about the road ahead.

Emotional support to provide a free, confidential space to talk.

Legal advice so you understand your rights, whatever has happened.
